items, or if your shipment is
missing ordered items, please

It may take up to 10 business days to
receive a response.
For damaged items,
please keep the items and all
original boxes & packing
material. We will be sending
UPS to investigate the damage(s)
in order to expedite the claim.
In many cases, we can send out
your replacement items while the
damage claim is being processed,
so you can complete your job in
a timely manner.
