Do you carry products not
shown on the site?
Yes. If you don't see what
you want, just give us a call
and we can get it for you.
Where do you ship
purchased items to?
At this time, we only ship to
locations within the continental
United States
Do you accept returns?
In some specific cases, but
only with consent and
authorization issued by us, in
advance of return. In other
words, please don't send
anything back until you have
confirmed with us first! For

Can I cancel an order once
it has been placed?
Yes, but only if the
cancellation is in writing, and
we receive it prior to shipment
of your order. For more

Conditions. How soon
must I report damaged or missing
items associated with an order I
have received?
We allow 48 hours from
receipt of your order to file a
report about damaged or missing
items. If you need authorization
for return of damaged or
defective items, or wish to
report missing items from your
order, please
complete our Return Request form.
Are your products UL
approved?
For your protection, all our
products are UL approved.
Do you
require a minimum order?
Yes, we require a minimum
order of $100.00, before taxes
or shipping costs. For orders of
less than $100.00 there will be
a $20.00 processing fee.
Is your online shopping
cart secure?
Absolutely. We use ShopSite
for our e-commerce solution,
which continually receives the
highest rating and number one
positioning in e-commerce
solution surveys. ShopSite has
received numerous awards from

Can I "will call" an order?
You are welcome to pick up
your order at our Fremont
distribution center.
What type of payment do
you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard
and Discover credit cards, or
money orders. We also accept
checks; your order will ship
once the check clears.
We currently
accept orders by phone
(510-226-7200 or toll-free at
888-296-7888) and
online. Online purchases
may be made in any of the
following ways:
- You may pay with a
credit card at the time you
submit your order.
- You may submit your
order online, and specify
that you will send a check.
Your order will not be
processed until your check
has cleared.
- You may submit your
order online, along with a
purchase order number, for
use with your established
credit account with us.
What shipment options do
you offer for my online order?
We offer UPS regular ground as a
standard shipping option. Should
you require special shipping
arrangements, please contact us
at 888-296-7888. We
will do our best to
be responsive to your needs.
Do you offer discounts on your
products?
Our prices are already the
lowest in the industry,
however limited high volume
purchase discounts may be
available on certain products.
In some situations, shipping
charges may be waived. |
